Gilles Joalheiros has taken “one more step towards providing excellent service”. It started to make deliveries to the whole country, including the archipelagos of Madeira and Azores.

The client, in addition to being able to clarify doubts and request your product on Whatsapp, can still help “through the website or by telephone contact”. This service also includes the offer of “insurance against damage and theft” on items worth more than £1,000, which may be renewed after a year, at the consumer’s discretion.

For this new service, created for clients, Gilles Joalheiros is counting on CTT, DHL and DPD.

The owners of several shops spread throughout the Portuguese capital, came up with the idea of implementing this type of service when they created the site.
