After presenting the first piece of the series less than a year earlier, Louis Erard unveiled this Wednesday (2 March) its latest interpretation of the traditional guilloché decorative technique, now revisited in a contemporary design.

For Louis Erard, the Guilloché Main II is a “radical reinterpretation of the art of engraving guilloché with an unprecedented geometric pattern that evokes a diamond”.

The Guilloché Main II, was crafted by the traditional Fehr dial maker in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where each of the dials is individually engraved by the hands of a single craftsman using a traditional rose-engraved lathe.
