Italian high-end jewellery brand, Buccellati, part of the Swiss group Richemont, has just added to its portfolio of Tempus Group brands in Portugal. The centenary jewellery brand is now present in Portugal, exclusively at Boutique dos Relógios Plus Art, on Avenida da Liberdade.
National leader in the importation and exportation of watches and jewellery, the Tempus Group widens its horizons with the Luxury Jewellery Business Strategy.
Buccellati’s style incorporates art and jewellery, the brand being synonymous with uniqueness, being strongly inspired by the Middle Ages or Renaissance Periods. Its emblematic style includes gold lace, cascades of semi-precious stones and mysterious flashes of precious metals. A style, passed down through the generations, has resulted in over 100 years of creativity: a true statement of timeless style and unique know-how.
Its founder, Mario Buccellati, known as “The Prince of Goldsmithery”, started out in the world of jewellery from an early age, with early experience in aristocratic jewellery-making with Beltrami & Besnati, in Milan. Between La Scala and Galleria, he learned and developed the best goldsmithery techniques and, always attentive and curious, perfectly captured the elegant ‘Milanese Spirit’.
The brand’s first international endeavour took place in 1951, with the opening of its shop in New York. Despite being 100% owned by the Richemont Group, the Maison Buccellati continues to have, in its management team, the great presence of the Buccellati Family. Today, Buccellati is present in the most important cities worldwide, including: New York, Chicago, London, Moscow, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Paris and various Italian cities.
Now, the brand’s most exclusive jewellery pieces – which include: earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces and pendants – will be available in Portugal for the first time, exclusively at Boutique dos Relógios Plus Art, Lisbon.
