The NY Product Design Awards 2024 recently concluded their first season of competitions by announcing the winners. Alexander Shorokhoff’s “Wintergenta” model won the prestigious “Gold Winner 2024” award.
This famous piece, personally designed by Alexander Shorokhov, stood out prominently.
The model stands out with exclusive and intricate hand engraving on a genuine silver case, serving as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Inhorgenta trade fair. Thanks to the diamond dust on the dial, applied in an innovative process to create a coating of sparkling diamond snow, and the unconventional leaf design, this model presents a look that truly honors the anniversary in every aspect. The “Wintergenta” is not just an exquisite piece of jewelry; it’s art!
The hand-engraved and embellished rotor of the automatic movement perfectly complements the hand-engraved 925 silver case, measuring 39 millimeters. The double-sided sapphire glass underlines the high standards of the Alexander Shorokhoff watchmaking manufacture. In the end, a delicate and feminine watch emerges, which also captivated and impressed the international jury with its execptional and innovative design.
