The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone is more than a timekeeping instrument—it carries deep personal meaning. The original collection was inspired by a dual-time watch that Jacob Arabo received from his father at the age of 13 — a gift that marked the beginning of his lifelong passion for watchmaking.
The new edition with MAD Paris continues this legacy, reinforcing the philosophy that “the world is yours.” Its dial illuminates the entire globe—a visual metaphor celebrating global vision and creativity.
The night edition: design and mechanics in harmony
Unlike previous daytime-inspired versions, the MAD Paris edition introduces an entirely nocturnal aesthetic:
- 43 mm DLC-coated stainless steel case.
- Black PVD titanium dial featuring engraved continents filled with hundreds of Super-LumiNova microdots, recreating the glow of city lights seen from above at night.
- Exclusive MAD Paris typography on its dual subdials and a central small seconds hand, giving the watch a sharp technical and contemporary look.
Once the lights go out, the dial comes alive — revealing a glowing world map reminiscent of the Earth’s illuminated cities as seen from space, transforming the act of reading time into an artistic sensory experience.
Powered by the automatic calibre JCAA11 (also referenced as JCAA14 in some editions), the movement offers around 42 hours of power reserve and operates two fully independent time zones — each with separately adjustable hour and minute indications, making it ideal for frequent travelers or enthusiasts of unique zones such as India’s UTC +5:30.
