For the first time in the United States, certified Portuguese filigree, one of Europe’s most intricate and culturally significant jewellery traditions, arrives at Printemps New York from May 18 to 24, 2026, featuring exclusive live demonstrations by artisans and a limited exhibition.

Visitors will witness master jewellers shaping 19.2-karat gold into incredibly fine filigree threads, thinner than a strand of hair, crafted entirely by hand, without molds or mechanization. Each piece is unique, defined by time, precision, and the artisan’s hand.

A curated exhibition of certified Portuguese filigree jewellery will be presented at Printemps New York from May 18 to 24, 2026, alongside live jewellery-making demonstrations, marking the first U.S. showcase of this ancestral Portuguese art.
